Shipping Policy
All orders accepted by IEP Sdn Bhd is subject to the Delivery Terms and Conditions below:
- Deliveries are available in Malaysia only
- All delivery preparation or planning will be arranged after we had received full payment.
- Shipping charges vary depending on products dimension and order amount in your shipping cart, and the travel distance to your location.
- Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete. This includes business name if delivering to a work address.
- Items that available in IEP Sdn Bhd are ex-stock, and delivery is subject to prior availability. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Once items have been dispatched, shipping confirmation email will be send to you with the consignment note. Tracking of the delivery date can be done from the nominated courier company website or via the provided tracking link.
- Your order will be considered delivered, with no liability taken by IEP Sdn Bhd for any missing parcels.
Klang Valley delivery
- There will be no extra charges for delivery within Klang Valley. A shipping confirmation e-mail will send to you with our lorry driver contact number. If it is send by courier, shipping confirmation e-mail will send to you with consignment note & live tracking link.
Domestic (West Malaysia & East Malaysia)
- For small dimension items, the order shall be ship via our nominated courier company.
- For large and bulky item with dimension weight more than 30kg, we ship via transporter or our own lorry. Transporter detail (name & phone number) shall be notify in due course.
Self-Collection
- You may pick up your Sales Order from our warehouse at the following address:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30
- Please bring along the following items at the time of collection:
- The confirmation payment slip from IEP Sdn Bhd.
- Collection can be done 2 to 3 working days later subject to stock availability.
- There will be no collection/delivery available on Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays.
Returns Policy
- Items sold are not refundable.
- Please note that returned items is subject to 30% handling fees on the Invoiced amount. Returned Products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original condition, packaging with all accessories (if any) and unused.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely and at your cost. We take no responsibility for Products lost in transit.
- We will only refund in the form of credit note or exchange with other products. Only applicable to ex-stock items upon order.
We reserve the rights to amend any of the returns policy and exchange terms from time to time.
